Governance
Board Elections
Board members are elected annually by homeowners using a secret ballot process governed by California law and the Association's Election Rules.
Any homeowner in good standing may run for the Board. Elections are conducted by secret ballot, managed by an independent Inspector of Elections, and follow a 105-day timeline set out in the Election Rules.
For full details on the election process — including voter and candidate qualifications, ballot procedures, and your rights — download the Election Rules from the Documents page.
