Community Reminders: Common Area Rules
The Board is addressing several ongoing concerns. Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately in all common areas — this is a violation subject to a fine. Cardboard boxes must be broken down flat before going in the recycling bins. And please never place bulk items in the trash bins — call 311 for a free City pickup instead. When oversized items end up in the trash, the HOA is billed at a higher collection rate, which affects every resident's assessments.
